NAP Luxury Guest House Municipio is fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. They were available at all times to assist us with anything we needed, making us feel truly cared for during our stay. One of the highlights was the great recommendations they gave us—whether it was dining at local gems or finding the best shopping spots, their suggestions were always spot-on and enhanced our time in Naples. Niccolo was an incredibly gracious host. He spoke fluent English, met us downstairs, escorted us to the room, immediately served us a cappuccino and a croissant, and gave us information to your Naples. He also arranged for our cab the next day and gave us a take away breakfast because we had to leave early. I've never had a better reception at a hotel before.

NAP Municipo-highly recommend

The location was perfect for catching our ferry next day to Amalfi. We also were able to take the Alibus from the airport to the last stop at the Molo Beverello Port which was across the street from NAP Municipo. Our host, Nico, was great with recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He had such a welcoming personality. His staff was also great, “no problem” was the common phrase when we asked for anything or help. The breakfast was diverse and filling-assorted breads, cheeses, meats (cold cuts), yogurt, cereal, honey on the comb, fresh juices and made to order coffees. The room was clean, had a nice shower and an additional bed for our 15 year old. The building doesn’t look like a typical hotel more of a municipal building, has elevator service or up a flight of stairs on the 2nd floor. It has a small reception area with the dining room right off of the reception and a few rooms located off of the reception all on the same floor. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends and family.

Nicoló is a great host. He knows the town, the places, the tours, the restaurants. All of his recommendations were not only correct but very accurate. Great rooms with a lot of attention to details and several amenities such as a minibar, a water heater for tea or coffee, bottle drinking water in the room every day. Great place to stay in Naples

This is a great place to stay - friendly, clean and everything worked. Good breakfast and facilities. Would definitely stay here again if in Napoli. Just don’t trust the Google map directions - it’s behind a green door just before the main road past the cruise port.

We stayed here for a week and loved every second! The guesthouse is located in a super tourist friendly area of the city, which made all our outings and activities easy to access. The room was big and very clean. The staff was fantastic, they made us feel very welcomed and safe, and helped us arrange several activities and taxis. We also loved the breakfast each morning, which was far superior to most continental breakfasts we’ve had. We cannot recommend NAP enough and will surely stay again!
