New kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit. Located in the beautiful Naples Heritage. Gated community with a guarded gate 24/7. Golf course. Club just finished all new amenities and looks wonderful, new swimming pool, new tennis courts, new gym for you to enjoy. Tenants to pay $ 100.- for Lease application and $ 800,- membership transfer fee to have access to golf, driving range, putting greens, tennis court and restaurant. During the high season we are booking leases to start on the first day of each month. Send me inquires if you need to start on any other dates.

Better than photos

We thoroughly enjoyed our three months in this unit and in Naples. It has been recently remodeled, and the photos don't do it justice. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It was a pleasure to spend the winter there.
