This beautiful, well cared for, spacious 2 bedroom + den, 2 full bathrooms, 2 car garage single family home with large private pool, sprawling Lanai including a dining area, ample space to lounge and take in the beautiful lake view with nightly sunsets.

Home is in a very friendly and quiet community 6 miles from the beach. Madison Park offers quick and easy access to 5th Avenue, restaurants, shops, pristine beaches and more! A walk throughout the community will give you a glimpse into it's beautiful 6 lakes and large natural preservation areas.

Sleeps: 6 persons

King size bed in the master bedroom. Queen size bed in both the guest bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room.

Kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances (range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave), quartz countertops, and a large pantry.

Master suite with high tray ceiling, access to the patio, LED remote controlled fan and light. Large walk-in closets. Full bathroom connected to Master with large tub and separate walk-in shower.

Den with office space, large comfy accent chair, and French doors.

This house is professionally cleaned. During these times, we've updated our cleaning procedures to make sure we are doing our part to keep everybody healthy and safe. There are also a few extra cleaning supplies in home, if you would like to do some cleaning upon arrival.
