Good central location for driving around the Naples area. We were led to believe that you could walk to the beach and the current listing is now updated to reflect that is not the case. We found the lack of cleanliness really frustrating as there was toothpaste on bathroom mirrors, residue in sinks and dirty floors. It isn't properly cleaned between renters. The condo is decorated, but the photos do not reflect the level of clutter throughout the apartment and the personal items in all of the closets and bathrooms. Kitchen counter is so loaded with stuff, there is nowhere to set your personal things. Owner was responsive and offered to have it cleaned, but we didn't want the disturbance of repacking so they could get back in.

The toaster, coffeemaker were broken, the dryer leaked water all over the floor. I think owner tried to help but replaced the coffeemaker w one that provided two cups of coffee. I did appreciate that they provided lots of towels and soap etc and lots of dishes etc in kitchen.

The condo was perfect! Fully stocked, clean, comfy and quiet. It had everything we needed for the beach...chairs, cooler, umbrella etc. Close to beaches, restaurants, stores. Check in was simple as the host sent simple instructions in advance. I highly recommend!!

Great location, excellent stay!!

We absolutely loved this unit! It is kept extremely clean, towels/soap/kitchen & laundry supplies were plentiful, host was exceptional. I had a couple of inquires and he responded to me with in minutes. Sitting on the balcony was beautiful and peaceful. Loved the on site restaurant, the food was delicious. Highly recommend this unit, I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!! :)
