This 1st floor Colonnade has 2 bedrooms and a den with sofa bed and comfortably sleeps 6. The views are perfect. It is a very bright corner unit that faces the 13th and 14th greens and all new living room and dining room furniture . there are 3 flat screen tv's in the master, 2nd bedroom and living area. The golf course is sensational! There is tennis, restaurants and fitness center, 15 minutes from Old Naples. There is a $550 transfer fee that allows the renter to have access to golf, the fitness center and restaurants.(paid for by renter)

Excellent golf course and fitness program. 2nd floor fitness centernwas excellent.Chelsea system for tee times sucks so just go into pro shop to schedule

Beautiful & Tranquil Setting!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Lovely new & comfortable furnishings. The owners were very nice to work with & very accommodating too. We truly enjoyed the view offering a peaceful, tranquil setting. So many awesome birds to watch from your screened in patio. Meals & Happy Hour at the Clubhouse overlooking the Driving Range were an added bonus. We'd definitely recommend! Thank you Larry & Carol!
