The staff was amazing. Made friends immediately. The hotel itself was gorgeous. The rooms were clean the services were phenomenal. We had the best time! We’re definitely coming back.

Everything and anything was wrong. Staff never got trained correctly. Hotel was still under construction and half the amenities were closed. But we still got charged full price. No hot water in the shower. Drilling noises right next to us eating breakfast. Got lied to about what room we were getting. Overall it was a zero.
