Hello! I’m a regular client of Expedia and on 23 I booked two rooms in Naples at the boutique hotel de Gasperi
Everything was a total scam, first of all it was not a real b&b and they sent us in some random rooms inside a building.
The pictures did not correspond to the reality.
It was supposed to be 4 stars but the conditions of the rooms were an absolute disaster,
Completely unsanitary and unacceptable, that’s why me and my friends decided to leave immediately and we were forced to move in another hotel.
I would like to receive a refund since this create us a problem and had to find another accommodation at last minute. I will add some videos of the conditions of the room
