Keys, keys and even more keys!! It is a real shame because Arianna is amazing, she is helpful and responsive. The room was good. Noisy on the street side but this is to be expected….its Naples after all. To access your room you need 4 different keys…and a laser for the lift. Each key you need to turn different ways. Forget and you could be there a while trying to get into room. Someone had even locked the door to get into the ‘hotel’ from the inside on my last day and as I had left my keys in my room (as requested) I could not get out. Please, please, please make access more simple. It ruined my stay!!!

We were picked up at the airport by a wonderful driver, Alex, who offered ideas for places to eat and what to eat. We did as he suggested. Arianna, the host of the hotel, met us and showed us to our spacious, newly renovated room. Fortunately there’s an elevator to accommodate large bags. Napoli is a busy, noisy city, yet our room was calming and quiet. Good stay!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié séjourner deux fois à Palazzo Goyze. Il est idéalement situé pour découvrir à pied le centre historique; et utiliser les transports en commun à partir de la Piazza Dante pour aller plus loin. Les chambres sont très grandes et propres, rénovées dans un bel immeuble ancien et calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de Roberto et Marianna, ils étaient disponibles à tout moment pour apporter réponse à nos questions, chaque jour. Un grand merci à eux. Nous leur recommandons de trouver une solution au problème de mauvaise odeur émanant des salles de bain.

The condition of the property was excellent (visited 8/2024). The cleanliness was excellent too and the air-condition was a lifesaver. Nicely decorated rooms and very helpful staff. The staff responded to my questions fast and they were very accommodating with late check-in and early check-out. The location is good with many cafes and shops nearby. The metro to railway station and harbour leaves from the nearest station, so connections are good too!
