Amazing place- staff went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon stop here during our Italy trip was special. Would 100% recommend and go there again! It felt like an odd spot to find such a beautiful place but it was so worth the stay.

We loved the mini door access to this wonderful location (the huges doors are prevalent in the older palaces). Breakfast was outstanding. The room was outstanding with double doors opening onto the plaza and views. Truly a superb property,

Great but needs cleaning

Great little hotel,a bit dated and some cleanliness issues, lots of hair stuck on the shower head. Great service and very welcoming staff with a great location. Included breakfast was good and simple.

I had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Pandora! Great central location, easy walking distance to everything. Very safe and secure. Very peaceful and relaxing room! Incredibly comfortable bed! I slept so well. The staff here was very helpful and kind. Impressive luxurious rooms. Very satisfied with the breakfast, it was the perfect start to the day! We enjoyed the eggs, fruit, pastries. Variety of juices and coffee as well as cheeses and meats which we didn't try but it all looked very good.

Great hotel, although big, only has a handful of rooms which adds to the personal touch from the staff. The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. Room is really big and the balcony view is on the Piazza. A lot of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. It is noisy as there are a lot of people in the area at all times of the day and night, but they do supply earbuds to compensate. Bathroom is really clean and new. Bed is also comfortable. Recommend 10/10 as long as you are ok with noisy neighborhood.

My wife losses a set of earings that was left on the side table, after the first day of room service. We asked the cleaning lady who only spoke broke english (fair, we were in Italy) and she knew nothing of them. Looked under all the furniture in the room (bed, couch, tables desks, chair) and they were nowhere to be found. Needless to say I am skeptical about them still being in the room.

Loved that the laundromat was just 5 minutes away. Lots of options for dinner. Breakfast was delicious. Very nice they supplied ear plugs S the square got pretty noisy at night. That and the airplanes. Staff was very friendly.
