**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**

The kitchen was well equipped. There are restaurants within walking distance. And very soon a new grocery store. The pool is children friendly with a large shallow end. We would return to this unit.

Get an easier thermostat to use. Check TV operation before check in. Very quick response to questions. Very well stocked kitchen but please add an ice cream scoop and smaller bowl. And plates.

Love Parkshore! This unit is especially nice. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s beautifully decorated ! The kitchen has everything we needed, it even had an air fryer. The owners carefully picked out the furniture… everything from the beds , couch ,dining chairs etc. were super comfy. It was also extremely clean. We will definitely stay in this unit again. I recommend renting from Josh whenever possible, by far the best to deal with.

Very nice property. Everything was exactly as described. HVAC froze up 2 days before checkout but luckily it was cool. Problem was in unit on roof and HVAC tech could not access roof after hours.
