Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples`s Famous Beaches, a peaceful and centrally-located place.

The resort`s prime location West of Hwy 41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.

The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.

Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

Good communication from host. Unit matched listing (a few more items provided than listed). Minimal clean up required prior to checking out. Only negative was there was supposed to be a showing of our unit to a potential buyer and we arranged to accommodate but then never received any communication day of to confirm exact timing - have no idea if anyone entered

Park Shore Resort

We stayed for 5 days over Christmas. The host was very responsive and efficient in all communications. The unit was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, pool towels, beach chairs, dishes, pots pans. It was like being at home. The pool was good for kids. The restaurant on site is handy. I would definitely stay again. The only downside was we could hear the restaurant and pool when the doors were open which did not bother us. This is not a luxury rental but was perfect for our needs.

Terrific accommodations, clean & well stocked.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was clean, nicely located, stocked with supplies (Extra toilet paper, shampoos, shower gels, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc.) It was also so handy to find beach chairs & towels, umbrellas, a computer & printer. We loved the on-site restaurant, Hogfish Harry’s, the pool ‘ the Pickleball courts. We’ll definitely stay here again.
