Park Shore Resorts prime location West of Hwy 41(Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping, & famous downtown Naples. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass beach.



The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access,, racquetball, basketball, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa( Currently out of Service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting



There is an on site restaurant (Hog Fish Harry’s).



This 3rd floor deluxe unit (Bldg.E w/elevator access) provides a gorgeous view of the tropical garden scenery from the private screened lanai.



The deluxe unit 2 BR/2 BA floor plan offers additional square footage, as well as french doors leading directly from the master suite to the screened lanai. Its brightly lit, fully equipped, kitchen offers all of the amenities of home. The spacious living & dining area provides plenty of comfortable seating with a queen sleeper sofa & 4 chair dining table. Sliding glass doors lead to the relaxing & inviting spacious screened lanai w/outdoor dining and chaise lounge seating for your relaxation.



The spacious and inviting master BR (king bed) has flat screen TV, walk in closet, french door access to screened lanai, private en suite bath w/vanity separated from tub/shower/water closet by a pocket door.



Split bedroom floor plan provides guest BR (twin beds) w/closet & direct access to screened lanai. Guest bath can be accessed from hallway or directly from guest BR. This unique design provides en suite guest bath with vanity separated from the shower & water closet area via sliding pocket door.



There's also a new full size front loading stackable washer & dryer inside unit.

Property was as advertised. Items owner should address: -Balcony doors that did not lock -2nd bathroom shower door does not slide. Needed to pick it up in its track to move it. Otherwise our stay was very comfortable.

Wonderful condo and great resort.

The Kitchen was fully stocked and unit was nice and clean. Beautiful scenery to see if you are sitting on lanai and listening to the waterfall. The pool is a nice size and Hogfish Harry’s the on-site restaurant has fabulous food and it comes out fast. Definitely would stay there again. Also booking and working with the managers was very pleasant.

Good Choice in places to stay

We have stayed in park shore a few times. I have figured out how to walk from here to beach. It would be a little far to drag all your beach supplies, but fine for a walk. The place is kept nice and clean. The restaurant on site is very good. Very good value for price. Just like pictures on VRBO.
