Blood stains and flooded toilets – NOT recommended
My stay was so bad here, it was almost comical. Beginning with the check-in which required someone to come in person with the key (no keybox) and i was left waiting for an hour past the time we had agreed originally. Once inside the flat I realised it was very smelly and not very clean. Entering the bedroom my heart sank as the entire walls were covered in blood stains and brown streaks. These were from dead mosquitoes and hadnt been cleaned away. It was absolutely disgusting and as it was too late in the day to send a cleaner over i had to sleep with the bloodstains very close to my face. The next day they sent a cleaner to remove MOST of the stains, not all. The shower is simply a hose, there is no shower head. The whole place smells VERY bad and every fabric has stains. There are damp stains, peeling wall paper, mould. The final straw was when the toilet flooded on my last night, covering the whole bathroom floor in toilet water and feces. With no one available late at night I was forced to continue spending the night in the flat. The next day I left and asked for a refund for the night I had spent with the toilet water in the flat (in my opinion I should have been refunded this AND the night spent with bloodstains next to my face). The response was that it was my fault for using toilet paper.... The only good thing I can say is the staff was responsive on Whatsapp even if there was no solution in the end.
