Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
As others have reported they allow you to book a room then when you try to enter you are told they have swapped you to another location. I rejected the alternative property as it was too far away . They then refused to refund me. I spent hours trying to get my money back and trying to find another room ( it was night time and I was alone with my luggage). Do not book with these people!
