The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Once beds are stripped, put all bed linens in center of bed. Once bath linens are used, put in tub or shower.
Empty refrigerator, freezer.
Turn all ceiling fans OFF. Turn AC to 75 degrees, fan on auto. Turn Icemaker OFF.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
