The Club #102 is a luxury condominium for the discerning guest. The Club 102 embodies the furnishings, appointments, and amenities of a 5 star hotel. The fully equipped kitchen sparkles in white with its quartz countertops and mother of pearl backsplash. The custom walnut/glass doors throughout allow the Florida sunshine to filter through. Bathrooms are tiled floor to ceiling with marble/quartz countertops and custom walnut wood vanity's. The primary bedroom is inviting with custom tailored bedding, a king size bed, 46' flat screen TV, dressing table, walk in closet and a private bathroom. Guest bedroom has 1 queen bed. Utility room is equipped with front-load washer and dryer, plus a folding counter with hanging above.

Den has a fold out sofa (double size), desk with fax, printer, copier, scanner and 46'' smart TV. Dining can be enjoyed at the counter (4) or custom banquette (5). The Living room has been expanded to include a enclosed balcony with sliding glass doors. There is a 46' flat screen TV in the living room.

The Balcony has been enclosed with 8ft high sliding glass doors. The entire unit has Tile floors with area rugs in all rooms. There is no outdoor space in this condo.

You will love the view of the pool, mangroves, palm trees and Gulf of Mexico from this condo.
