The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is near the central station and the metro so it makes it convenient for moving around the city or visiting nearby cities

Good location as it’s close to the metro and a couple of great local restaurants. Also within walking distance to local/must-see sites. However, the area can also feel a bit dodgy at night. Room was spacious with great views of the mountains. There was an initial issue with cleanliness of the sheets but the staff attended to it right away and apologized for the inconvenience.

Absolutely fell in love with this place. It’s 5 minutes from the station which is perfect to do day trips to Vesuvius, Pompeii, Sorrento. The rooms are within a residential building lived in by locals so you get a taste of real life. Note there is no fancy reception or entrance but don’t let that put you off.

Excellent, clean hotel next to the Naples Centrale station. Bed was very comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. Staff was available to answer questions and everything was very clean. Also walkable to the historic/touristy areas of Naples and very close to metro station. I would stay here again

First of all - special thanks to Alessandra for being a wonderful host! It was incredibly easy to communicate with her using WhatsApp - she guided us prior to arrival - allowed us to drop off our luggage prior to the room being ready - gave us some tips, a map and was so kind to acknowledge our anniversary! The close proximity to the train station was crucial for us to get to/from the airport, trains to Sorrento and Salerno and subway to the Port and Toledo. The room was nicely decorated and met our travel needs. Yes, Naples is Naples - crazy - and being near a train station is usually a different world but we never felt unsafe! Thanks for your hospitality!

Room was very spacious and clean. Alessandra was very welcoming upon arrival and provided a mini overview of what to do in the area and places to eat. There was a common area with coffee available as well. Located next to McDonald's and very close to Garibaldi station. There is a number of stairs before you get to the B&b but it's not too bad.

The room was huge! The largest that we have stayed in during our 6 week travels through Europe. Everything was clean and the mini bar prices were very reasonable and also free tea and coffee station in reception. The owner was extremely helpful and lovely. It was easy to locate and taxi dropped us right outside but even if coming via the train or bus station the location would be perfect for this too. I would recommend this hotel if the location is where you want to be in Naples - we used this as a 1 night stay after arriving by flight but leaving by bus so perfect for our needs.

Very nice rooms. Its near the central terminal so good location. Its on the third floor of an older building. The area is very sketchy but for a short 2 night stop its good. Its very clean and the Adrianna is very nice she will take good care of you.

The room was excellent: two windows with a view of Vesuvius. It was clean and comfortable. Getting up to the room involved several flights of stairs, though there was a rickety one-person lift which took you up one flight. Although it’s a “B and B” only bed is available, and no breakfast apart from coffee.

Lovely property

Lovely Property in great location. It is the station area so it’s good location for traveling around but a bit on the dirty side. Lovely Alessandra offering a great service and a lot of advice. Her restaurant suggestions are great. Would highly recommend this place, it’s pristine and very nice.

The B&B was great. Its kept clean and nice. All amenities are great as well. Whilst the location of the B&B is good with reference to connectivity, the area around can be too noisy later into the night and early in the Morning. Overall a good experience.

The room at Serendipity was spacious, clean and had several amenities. Staff were very accommodating as well. The area around Serendipity was unfortunately dirty, appears unsafe, and would not be somewhere I would venture out of at night. With that said, I experienced Naples to not be tourist friendly and unfortunately, is littered with graffiti and trash.
