Naples is Naples, but if you are planning a trip this location is a wonderful hideaway from the chaos. Close to the historical center and transportation as well as quality restaurant and food options.The only thing we found odd is that there is no TV in the unit. Not a problem for us, we wouldn’t have used it even if it was there but something to highlight if it is important to you.Also bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. This area is directly under the Naples airport flight path and be quite loud until about 10 or 11pm at night. Our stay was perfect and I only have good things to say about our stay but I did want to highlight those two specifics because they could be a big deal to others.

Great host and location

Marco met with us when we arrived and went over all rules and conveniences in apartment. It is located close to many restaurants and shopping. The apartment has everything you need, plus many extras like water and pasta. We were a group of 3. Very comfortable space.

Great apartment

The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped. We liked the lay out a lot and the a/c and WiFi worked great for a wfh setup. The front door was a bit tricky to open with the key. The neighborhood had a lot to do and was close to the metro and central. Communication with the host was good, however, he neglected to tell us about a “tourist tax” that we had to pay upon check out in cash. Since we were leaving we did not have the 30 euros in cash and he made us walk to an atm with all our luggage to take it out. He did apologize for the inconvenience, so be mindful of the tax.

Lovely clean place

Naples was very overcrowded and overwhelming for us . The apartment was our only escape to some peace and quiet . We thought the apartment was well looked after and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Would be great if there was a washing machine . The little extras that we thought were great were the snacks and milk in the fridge , the essentials for cooking and the bathroom products . Grazie . Shame there was no parking available for us as the apartment as we struggled to find a park close enough with all Our luggage . All in all it was nice .

Great location and great host

The apartment was centrally located and just 15 minutes walk to the Napoli Central Train station. We took the train to Pompeii and Solerno. Marco is an amazing host, very responsive and helpful. He met us at the apartment even though our flight was delayed by one hour. Checking went very smooth. Apartment had all of the amenities even couple of cold beers after a long days of traveling. Highly recommend Marco’s place. He also has a great recommendation for storing your luggage if you need it. Thank you Marco.

Oasis in the Naples

We came to Naples and the region for a short stay and needed a place close to train stations. Sogna Napoli was a great place to relax after a day of sight seeing. The property was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the feeling of spaciousness and the ability for each of us to find a quiet space. Marco was a welcoming host who shared more than enough information before and during our stay that made Sogna Napoli a place we would like to return, soon.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in our travels!

This property was amazing! Marco was so helpful and made the check in process quick and easy. The place was quite spacious and was gorgeously renovated. We had everything we needed and more. Lots of space for us to relax in between activities, a nice kitchen area to use if we wanted, and a nice big bedroom with lots of space to hang and iron our clothes. Perfect location - close to many amazing restaurants and walking distance from all of the activities we had planned in Naples. Marco thought of everything for this space, we were sad to leave!

Very Quaint Apartment near Piazza Cavour

Very clean. Very comfortable. Convenient. Great restaurants very close. Multi-level apartment accessible from the street by a wide stairway. Not accessible directly by taxi. Perfect if you have light luggage. Not for those who can not negotiate stairs or don't like stairs. Marco is incredibly nice and helpful.

L'abitazione di Marco è stata una gran sorpresa, io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni di vacanza senza pensieri. L'abitazione è in zona centrale tranquilla, a piedi si raggiungono le maggiori attrazioni di Napoli. A pochi passi si possono trovare ristoranti, pizzerie, gelaterie, pasticcerie e supermercati. La casa è nuova, pulita e dotata di tutto. Marco il proprietario ci ha lasciato anche dei prodotti per la prima colazione e altre cose per i pasti, compreso un prosecco per un aperitivo, un'accoglienza davvero al top quella di Marco che ringrazio pubblicamente dopo averlo fatto privatamente. Consiglio molto di soggiornare in questa struttura!!!

aucune mauvaise surprise

Nous avons séjourné 8 jours à Naples et l’une des plus belles qualités de cet appartement fut qu’il était exactement ce qui avait été annoncée, aucune mauvaise surprise. Il est bien situé, dans le quartier Sanita, près du quartier historique et plein de restaurants. Il est très bien rénové, très propre et bien équipé, les trois pièces principales ont toutes de grande fenêtre. Marco est d’une grande gentillesse, parle anglais et est d’une grande disponibilité. Nous étions à Naples en plein championnat de foot une foule immense et bruyante, des feux d’artifices sans arrêt tous les soirs mais nous n’avions qu’à fermer ces excellentes fenêtres et nous n’étions aucunement dérangés. Bref, à recommander grandement. We stayed 8 days in Naples and one of the best things about this apartment was that it was exactly what was advertised, no bad surprises. It is well located, in the Sanita district, close to the historic district and full of restaurants. It is very well renovated, very clean and well equipped, the three main rooms all have large windows. Marco is very kind, speaks English and is very available. We were in Naples in the middle of the football championship, a huge and noisy crowd, non-stop fireworks every evening but we only had to close these excellent windows and we were not disturbed at all. In short, highly recommended.
