Spacious Golf Course Condo, Membership Transfer Available!

This spacious, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo overlooks the 14th green of Cypress Woods Golf Course, a private 18 hole Championship course with transferrable membership privileges including golf, pickleball (8 courts), tennis courts (2 courts), restaurant, bar, leagues/activities, a 24 hour fitness center, 4 pools and more! Only 15 min to white sand Gulf beaches, in the heart of North Naples!



The condo is on the second floor of a 2 story building (so no one above you) and the master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom just outside the door. The open floor plan features a spacious living room, 2 tables and 2 dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and easy access to all of the club's great amenities! Private parking is just out front, and the back screened in porch overlooks the golf course.

Cypress Trace has 3 pools accessible to our guests, 1 of which is a short walk from the condo. If you choose to transfer the Golf club membership, you have access to all of the amenities of the Cypress Woods Club and Community. Click Here for a Video Tour of our Condo

All rentals require Cypress Woods admin approval to stay in our private, gated community. There is a mandatory $350 application fee (per rental, not per person), plus a $100 per person background check fee. In addition, golf club membership can be transferred for $500 (valid for up to 2 people) regardless of how long the rental period. The application and background fees are required even if you don't do the membership transfer.

If you do not choose to transfer the membership, you will still have access to the 3 pools near our condo in Cypress Trace but none of the other club amenities. Membership transfer gives you access to golf privileges, the club's restaurant, bar, tennis, pickleball, & bocce courts, you can participate in golf & pickleball leagues, etc. You can indicate your preferences on the application form that we will provide you as soon as you make your reservation to start the process with the admin office.

We supply all linens, bath towels, hand towels, etc (we do not supply washcloths).

This apartment offers its guests an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center. This apartment also features a garden and laundry facilities.
