We enjoyed our stay at this property and can't wait to return! The property is exceptionally clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The host was helpful, accommodating and gracious. The unit is very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. My wife and I were enjoying some adult time away, but the property could easily accommodate kids and grand kids. The condo complex is in a great location, just a short walk to wonderful Vanderbilt Beach. Great sunsets! Also very close to Mercato shopping and dining, and near to downtown Naples, many grocery stores, lots of upscale shopping, and one of our local favorites, Tin City. The complex has a very nice pool and fitness rooms. This was our first stay in the Naples area, and we look forward to spending more time here.

Spring Break Getaway

I’m typically not one to write reviews, however, I felt compelled after staying at “The Fitz”. Highly recommend! The owner and property manager were extremely communicative & accommodating throughout our stay. Check-in was easy & seamless. Upon entering, it was apparent the VRBO pics do not do this property justice. We were greeted with a welcome basket full of snacks and drinks, along with a hand written note from the owner. They had toys and games to occupy my 4 year old. The pool was fantastic and the beach was a short walk away. They had everything needed for a fun day at the beach. If you are looking for a 3 bedroom rental in Naples, look no further. My family and I are looking forward to coming back soon.

Great property!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Unit is beautiful, location is great and the villa literally had everything you could need from beach chairs, bags and coolers to all the amenities inside from the kitchen to the Sonos speaker system. Couldn’t recommend it higher.

Great location and condo

Condo was great and communication with owner/manager was easy. Pictures are just as condo is, very clean, quiet, and easy to get to. Would recommend staying here, we will be back next year.

Naples Vacation at The Fitz

Unit was extremely well appointed and very clean and neat. Beds were very comfortable. Short walk to beach and the beach cart and beach chairs provided made for a very relaxing trip. Our stay was seamlesss and relaxing. We will be back for sure
