The apartment is in an excellent location with fabulous views and a short walk to Toledo and Municipio metro stations. It is also quiet. Naples can be quite noisy, but the apartment itself is quiet with the windows closed.The stairs are quite hard work, especially in the heat, so bear that in mind. You do need to have good mobility and be reasonably fit.The apartment was a good size for our needs (three adults, three teenagers).There are some minor issues, such as a couple of wobbly chair seats and a wonky cupboard door, but nothing that detracted from our stay. With a bit of TLC it would be fabulous.

Beautiful view

We had a great week here in early spring. The view is every bit as amazing as it looks in the pictures from the rooftop terrace, the balcony, and the kitchen/dining rooms. As expected with that view there are a lot of stairs, but worth it for us. The place has a good location, though is deep in small streets (the taxi driver who brought us in dropped us several blocks from the apartment b/c he said he couldn't get into that area with his van). The place is not perfectly maintained, but is very good including a slightly-quirky washer/dryer, which was a nice perk. We were met by a woman who lives in the building who takes care of the place and the owner was immediately responsive by WhatsApp. We had to pay city taxes to the owner in cash on arrival and gave an additional deposit, which was returned after departure--both appear to be pretty standard. I had arranged and prepaid round trip transport from the airport in advance with the VRBO manager but no one was there to get me when we arrived and I ended up taking a taxi which was easy. The manager called within the hour to apologize for the driver, returned the money, and got us there on the return trip without problem.

Unschöner Abschluss einer schönen Reise

Super Dachterrasse, schöne Aussicht und Wohnung mit technischen Mängeln und leider Speisereste und Müll vorheriger Mieter. Wir sollten verantwortlich sein für Verschleiß aufgrund technischer Mängel, vorsorglich wurde zur Rückübergabe nicht die komplette Kaution mitgebracht und entgegen der Angaben im Portal 50% höhere Touristensteuer einkassiert.Künftige Besucher sollten bei Übernahme gut prüfen und Zahlungen quittieren lassen.
