Our welcome agent was great - very helpful and friendly when they met us on arrival. The apartment is modern, comfortable and clean with a great location. However unfortunately there were issues with the electricity which resulted in many hours over 3 days without electric during our stay (the problem had started before our stay) and there was limited help, information or proactivity from Wonderful Italy. Also worth noting it is 113 steps to reach apartment.
