Close to world renowned 5th ave close to beaches incredible shopping located in a quiet neighborhood. Boat dock in the backyard. with with water and electric hook-up. all stainless appliances, completely updated granite countertops and more!
You have your own when I too enjoy a comfortable evening eating Outdoors. Only one mile to 5th Avenue less than a half a mile to Tin City, and 2 miles to the beach. Formal as well as casual dining is merely steps away. You can't ask for a better location.
The property is nestled on a quiet street that is a cul-de-sac, or dead end, the only traffic are of the residents. You have a dock in the back or water activities or two fish, do yoga or just sit back and take it in. Serenity defines this best.
