Autumn at the front desk was terrific! The place is neat and clean - if a bit sterile in terms of decor. The bath could use some towel bars! Overall - a good place to stay at a reasonable cost.

The room was clean and staff so helpful. We enjoyed many reccomended places and things based on the staff at the front desk. It has everything you need and even extra things in case you forget. My husband had a zoom meeting in the front space and felt WiFi was excellent and it wasn’t crowded or noisy. We loved the place and will be back! Beds comfy. Stocked appliances and great sharp knife set!

I was only here for a short time, but I would definitely come back. It’s in a phenomenal location easy to get around very quiet and clean room. I wouldn’t mind owning the whole property if you’d ever want to sell it.

I don’t normally do reviews of this boutique hotel was excellent. Very clean and the front desk manager, Autumn, was extremely helpful ~when I come back to Naples I will stay at Wiggins Pass chalet. It’s a bargain with a full kitchen and very ample size rooms, they offer a lot for a very reasonable price

We had a great stay overall. We needed extra linens for the pullout, but those were provided when we asked, as well as extra towels. I think there could be a few tweaks, a mirror somewhere besides the one in the bathroom so, hooks or a rack for towels. Otherwise it was spot on. Lots of room and the staff was nice and helpful. Love being able to send a grocery list too.
