Easy walking distance from both the JR Nara station and the Kintetsu Nara station. The hotel is located in a shopping district, so there are plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from.

The property is very close to the station and there were opportunities to travel to the near by sites such as Nara park. There are a few restaurants nearby however they are all very touristy and may not be best for locals. It may be recommended to utilize local buses or trains to nearby areas for viewing and also its close to station for Osaka etc. overall it was a really pleasant stay.

Nara Experience

Cute little hotel in the middle of the shopping and bar area. 2 min walk to rail station. Deer and two big shrines can be walked in a couple of hours. On site restaurant for breakfast and lunch but many other options within a short walk. Only complaint was that rooms are on the smaller side. 2 people & luggage a little cramped but most certainly doable
