Un séjour dépaysant :-)

Petit séjour 1semaines fin août. Aiguillé très sympathiquement dés le début par le propriétaire Yves, nous avons en toute confiance été excellament bien reçu par sylvie à notre arrivés. Belle apparte avec une belle vue, plage et resto au pied, nous avons passés un excellent séjour en familles ... Cela aurait mérité 1 semaine de plus ;-)

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung und eigenem Stellplatz direkt am Hafen und Badestrand. Nach dem Treppensteigen in den 4.Stock wird man mit einer Traumhaften Aussicht belohnt.

Très bon séjour

Logement idéalement situé proche de la plage des Karantes. Nous avons adoré y séjourné malgré 4 étages avec 2 jeunes enfants. La vue sur le port et sur une partie de la plage de St Pierre est superbe et nos filles ont adoré y voir passer les bateaux pendant nos repas pris face à cette jolie vue. Le coin enfant fermé par des rideaux est très appréciable. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous y reviendrons 👍 Merci à Yves et son amie intermédiaire pour avoir été réactif à chacune de nos demandes. Bonne continuation.

Location que je conseille vivement ! très spacieux ,fonctionnel, très propre, avec une literie impeccable; il ne manque rien,tout est fait pour que l on se sente comme chez soi !à mi chemin entre Narbonne et st Pierre et les commerces à proximité. la vue est splendide , la plage au pied de l immeuble !! et sans oublier un très bon accueil à notre arrivée et notre départ. Un tarif très raisonnable pour cette qualité de location.Merci à vous !!

Appartement très agréable, vue au top à 2 pas de la plage, propriétaire très professionnel

Appartement très spacieux pour 4 et bien agencé (possibilité d'isoler une partie du séjour pour le lit tiroir des enfants et chambre des parents de très bonne taille avec de grands rangements). Le balcon est un vrai plus : jolie vue sur le port, possibilité de s'y restaurer, de l'ouvrir complètement sur le séjour ou de le clôturer avec des vitrages extérieurs très ingénieux. La cuisine est d'une taille suffisante et bien équipée (point bonus pour le grand réfrigérateur qui permet de faire le plein de course pour toute la semaine et pour la grande table dans le séjour). Sanitaires bien pensés (WC séparés, douche carrelée et assez large pour un grand gabarie, présence d'un lave linge). L'emplacement de l'appartement est très sympa pour qui veut profiter les plages de Narbonne-plage (à 2 min. à pieds). Présence d'une longue piste cyclable très agréable et sécurisée. Lieu très adapté si vous avez des enfants : pour les plus petits, la plage est sécurisée, les vagues sont douces et on peut s'avancer dans l'eau sur plusieurs mètres avant d'avoir du fond, pour les ados, présence d'animations presque tous les soirs le long des berges et d'une foire aux manèges juste à côté, à Saint Pierre la Mer. Place de parking privatif. Seul petit bémol : 4 étages sans ascenseur (mais escaliers larges et confortables qui permettent de monter et descendre facilement les bagages et les vélos). Le propriétaire a été très professionnel et sympathique. L'accueil et la dépose des clefs se sont faits sans soucis avec un intermédiaire (lieu propre, tour de la location, explications utiles fournies,...). Nous y retournerons certainement avec grand plaisir.
