It was very difficult and confusing to figure out how to get into the building. Although I had already paid through Expedia, I had to pay again. And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. At the end of a long day, you don't want to waste 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get in.

belle chambre et bonne literie mais étant placé juste à côté de l'entrée et de l accueil, nous avons été réveillés par le personnel à 5h30 du matin qui claquait les portes sans arrêt et parlait tout fort comme si il était 10 h. impossible de redormir car le bruit ne s'est jamais arrêté. Inadmissible, aucun respect du personnel envers les clients qui payent pour dormir!
