Located in a residence with a collective swimming pool on the heights of Narbonne-Plage, this 3-roomed house can accommodate 4 people.

A step allows access to the small veranda protected from the wind and used as a storage room. The 2 bedrooms with double beds (140x190) and cupboards are located on the ground floor. One bedroom has access to the shaded terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine.
A steep staircase leads to the air-conditioned living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs, TV (French channels), table for 4, equipped kitchen area (2 induction hobs, extractor hood, microwave, mini-oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, top fridge with freezer, dishwasher).
A south-west facing balcony with table and 4 chairs is accessible from the living room.
An outside staircase leads to the 26 m² solarium, with a view of the sea and the Clape, 2 deckchairs, parasol and picnic table.
Located in a residential area on the heights of Narbonne-Plage, the Villas sur la Colline are close to the Massif de la Clape (a listed natural site) and offer an unobstructed view of the vegetation of our region. This charming residence, composed of friendly semi-detached villas, offers a haven of peace for a relaxing holiday. Each villa has its own private parking space and has access to the residence's swimming pool during the summer.
The beach and town centre can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The Villas sur la Colline are ideally located for direct access to the hiking trails of the Massif de la Clape.
