Grosse Wohnung leider auch dunkel

Grosse saubere Wohnung. Haus steht 10 minuten vom Zentrum weg mit Auto und geht steil hinauf. Wäre ein schöner Ort aber die Mücken haben uns dort richtig verstochen. Draussen konnten wir nie sein.

Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Jedoch beginnen morgens zwischen 3.00 und 6.00 die Arbeiten auf dem Weingut. Leider sehr laut aufgrund der Traktoren und Generatoren sowie Musik. Im einen Schlafzimmer rieselt der Putz ins Bett. Hunde sind zwar in der Unterkunft erlaubt, aber kaum an einem Strand willkommen.

Cadre très bien mais logement bien sombre. Le logement est proposé nu contrairement à ce qui se pratique souvent désormais. Pensez à prendre du sel... La résidence a du potentiel mais est bien négligée. Le chevet à gauche du lit se fait manger par les vers. La sciure s'accumule aux pieds. Peu de fenêtres, des peintures sombres, une moustiquaire verte dans la cuisine, 2 tableaux bien tristes aussi. Un peu de gaieté ne serait pas de trop. Pas de réseau téléphonique. Route d'accès en piteux état.

Cet appartement et son environnement ont besoin d'être revus très largement avant d'être reproposés. - pas de patères ou porte-manteaux dans la salle de bains. - manque de chaises (2 sont cassées) - lampes de chevets ne fonctionnent pas. - table basse à revisser - pas de wifi (répéteur ne fonctionne pas) inadmissible en 2022. - mitigeur de la cuisine à refixer. - 3 bols pour 4 personnes ... - extérieur laissé à l'abandon (herbe, branches d'arbre devant la porte.

C'est un appartement agréable dans un domaine calme avec la possibilité de manger à l'extérieur grâce aux installations de table et banc plus un barbecue pas très bien entretenu malheureusement. C'est agréable de revenir au domaine dans le calme après une journée de visites ou de plage. Pratique pour faire son footing le matin.

La descrizione della casa è precisa e veritiera. la posizione ottima. Due piccoli problemi: 1) il bagno con il wc è microscopico (circa 0,80 x 1,00 m) non illustrato dalle foto. 2) un cane dei proprietari, o di qualcuno che lavora nella vigna, allocato in un recinto adiacente alla casa che abbaia continuamente.
