Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 105 m² flat for rent in Narbonne, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 45 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofas and mobile air conditioning.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with walk-in shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190)
- Utility room with WC and washing machine
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- Three small balconies overlooking the Canal du Midi, to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Narbonne city centre, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market (Les Halles)...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available less than 10 minutes' walk from the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Narbonne train station is about 7 minutes' walk away
- Béziers Cap d'Agde airport is about 35 minutes away by car
