Located on the heights of Narbonne-Plage, in a residence with a collective swimming pool, this one-room house with mezzanine has a private parking space and WIFI access included.

The 16 m² terrace is equipped with garden furniture (table with 4 chairs), 2 sun loungers and a clothes line.
On the ground floor of the house is the living room/kitchen area, with sofa, Smart TV (international channels), 2-burner mobile induction hob, traditional coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, shower room with WC.
Upstairs, the mezzanine has a double bed with fan, a TV, roof window and a sofa bed (sleeps 2).
2 high chairs are available; ideal for a couple with one or two children. Mosquito nets on all windows. No heating.
Situated in a residential area on the heights of Narbonne-Plage, the Villas sur la Colline overlook the Massif de la Clape (a listed natural site) and offer a breathtaking view of the vegetation of our region. Each villa has access to the residence's SWIMMING POOL during the summer (mid-June/mid-September).
The beach and town centre can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot. Tucked away on your own hill, you're close to everything, yet in a peaceful setting. The Villas sur la Colline are ideally located for direct access to the hiking trails of the Massif de la Clape.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:

- Animals : 10 €.
