Was diese Wohnung nicht hat: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Parkplatz, Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr. Was sie hat: Klimaanlage. Großartige Aussicht. Zwei Einzelbetten mit vernünftiger Breite (80 oder 90), aber nur 190 Länge. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock am Zentrum. Seid vor der Saison 2025 ist die Strandpromenade vorm Haus Fußgängerzone. Das Nachbarhaus im Südwesten ist auch neu gebaut. Es ist ein Stockwerk niedriger, so dass man die Pyrenäen vom Balkon sieht. Zahlreiche Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Juli und August gibt es zahlreiche Veranstaltungen im Ortszentrum (siehe Narbonne.fr). Die gehen i.d.R. bis Mitternacht. Ruhig ist es dann halt nicht. Die meisten Häuser in Narbonne Plage sind deutlich niedriger, so dass man aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster einen schönen Blick auf das Massif de la Clape hat. Als wir ankamen lief die zweite Hitzewelle des Sommers mit 40 tagsüber und über 25 nachts. Da waren wir über die Klimaanlage heilfroh. Wir hatten außerdem einen USB-Ventilator dabei, mit ca 15 cm Durchmesser, den haben wir nachts vor den Durchgang zum Schlafzimmer gestellt. Die Kommunikation war auf das Notwendige beschränkt. Fabienne Fauré ist nicht die Eigentümerin, sondern die Verwalterin, die die Wohnung vermutlich auch über andere Wege anbietet. Vielleicht daher bisher nur eine Bewertung hier im Portal. Jedenfalls hat alles super geklappt und die Schlüssel sind uns gebracht worden, als wir angekommen sind. Trotz Hauptsaison haben wir nie weiter weg als 200 m geparkt.
