It`s near the famous beaches of Torre Lapillo, Villetta Stefania is a holiday home for rent in south Italy, in Boncore near Porto Cesareo.
It`s on two floors, equipped with air conditioning and washing machine,
furnished courtyard and parking space. It has 2 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Villetta Stefania is a modern and entirely fenced holiday home. The outdoor area is furnished with table, chairs and barbecue. Moreover, there is a shower which is useful after a day at the beach.
On the ground floor
there are the living room with air conditioning, open kitchen, two sofa
beds for two guests each and a bathroom with shower. The staircase
takes to the first floor which consists of a hallway with air
conditioning, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The small
villa is equipped with washing machine.

Villetta Stefania is in Boncore which is one kilometer away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Torre Lapillo.
The small villa is 450 meters away from amenities such as supermarket,
bar, newsstand and tobacco shop, while it`s 300 meters away from a
bakery. It`s near the beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto, Torre Castiglione and Torre Chianca.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- Air conditioner in the living room and in the corridor near bedrooms.

This apartment offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
