This terraced holiday home is located in Salento, in Santa Caterina di Nardo, near Gallipoli and Porto Selvaggio. It is located in the bay of D'Aspide, surrounded by greenery and with panoramic views - in a residential complex ideal for families. Due to the natural slope of the land, there are both external and internal stairs: Access to the house is by means of a staircase that leads through a beautiful garden, and there are internal and external stairs that connect the two floors of the accommodation. On the lower floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor is the large living room connected to the terrace and a kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning. The covered terrace is equipped with a table and chairs, making it ideal for al fresco dining and relaxation. ISA306 is located near the nature reserve of Porto Selvaggio, one of the most scenic areas of Salento. To visit: Santa Caterina (2 km) an ancient town with the Torre del Fiume di Galatena and Santa Maria Al Bagno (2 km) with its town beach and promenade. Reserved car park. Possibility of personalised dinners at home on request. Some distances: Gallipoli (14 km ) and Santa Maria di Leuca (57 km), where you can stroll in the picturesque alleys of the old town centre.
