It is a holiday home 1 kilometer away from the beaches of Torre Lapillo, one of the most famous seaside locations in Salento, with Porto Cesareo. The house is on the first floor of a recently-built small villa in Villaggio Boncore and it`s equipped with the main comforts so that the guests can spend a relaxing vacation in Salento by the Ionian coast, with friends or family. The house is pet friendly.

The apartment is on the first floor of a recently built complex and it`s equipped with a large terrace with wooden covering, so it guarantees coolness and a beautiful view on the sea and the surroundings. The verandah is furnished with sofas, a table with wooden benches and a built-in barbecue grill. The verandah is the ideal area where the guests can relax or eat lunch or dinner. Moreover, the house is equipped with an outdoor shower and outdoor sink.

The holiday home, which is 1 kilometer away from the beaches of Torre Lapillo, near Porto Cesareo, consists of a living room with dining area and well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, washing machine and fridge, table and chairs and sofa bed for 2 guests. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, for a total of 6 bed accommodations, served by a bathroom with shower (with no bidet). It`s ideal for families with children or groups of friends with pets.

It is in Villaggio Boncore, in Torre Lapillo, which is part of Porto Cesareo, famous for its long sandy beaches, its high dunes and the sea with shallow bottom and crystal clear water. The closest beaches are 1 kilometer away from the holiday home. The area is served by a bar with newsstand, a restaurant, a supermarket and other amenities within walking distance. It`s a good position for a vacation by the sea, far from the chaos of the city centre. Moreover, it`s a few minutes` drive away from other famous seaside locations such as Punta Prosciutto and the natural park of Portoselvaggio.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The apartment is on the first floor of a recently built complex.
- Bathroom has no bidet.
- Air conditioning just in the bedrooms.
