The newly built apartment (70 sqm, 7/8 beds) is located 900 meters from the famous Torre Lapillo beach characterized by white sand, lidos and free beaches.

The apartment is equipped with all comforts: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, large refrigerator (no frost), digital TV, direct water from the Apulian aqueduct (not from well or cistern), remote-monitored alarm, barbecue, mosquito nets, shower in the bathroom and shower in the garden (with hot water).

Within 100 meters are: supermarkets, bars, bakeries, pizzerias and restaurants by the sea.

The location is great: a few minutes by car you can visit Porto Cesareo (5 km), Lecce (28 km), Gallipoli (33 km) and many other tourist destinations (Otranto, Ostuni, etc.).
