Perla del Boncore is a basic, modern but cozy holiday home that accommodates up to 4 guests. It`s in the tourist complex Toto Residence in Boncore, near Nardò and the beaches of Torre Lapillo. Perla del Boncore is equipped with centralized air conditioning, hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets. The swimming pool is shared with the other guests of the complex, with the purchase of the club card. The holiday home has a reserved parking spot, it`s on the second floor and introduced by a porch with table and chairs. Pets are not allowed.

Perla
del Boncore is a basic holiday home, furnished with good taste and
functional to a holiday by the sea. It consists of a living room with
dining area, sofa bed and open kitchen, 1 triple bedroom
and a bathroom with shower. From the terrace, with table and chairs,
the guests can enjoy a beautiful view on the surrounding area and the
sea.
On site, with an additionl fee, it is possible to use the beautiful and big infinity pool (14 m x 7 m).

del Boncore is a holiday home in the complex Toto Residence in Boncore,
a quiet area near Torre Lapillo, one of the most loved tourist Apulian
tourist destinations, on the coast of Porto Cesareo.
The complex is
500 meters away from amenities such as supermarket, tobacco shop,
newsstand. The centre of Torre Lapillo is 1 kilometer away, while the
beautiful free beaches or beach establishments are a short drive away.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Shared Pool by fee available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- It is a holiday home in the complex Toto Residence. Shared pool can be used with a weekly card per apartment subscription, regardless of the number of people.
- There is a pizzeria adjacent to the pool, in the same complex.
