Stay comfortably in Nardò at this 2-bedroom condo. This awesome property features 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 full bed, perfect for a variety of guests: family escape or friends retreat. The 90m2 rooftop offers breathtaking seaview, a working space, relax area, sunbeds and a shower. With heating, AC, and a hair dryer, fully fitted kitchen you'll feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms offer a shower, bidet, and another hair dryer for added convenience. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
The property was finely refurbished in July 2025 with a high level of details as this is primarily our family home we decided to share with those than can appreciate the refinement and effort we put into renovating it.

Pinetamare Azur is immerged into Portoselvaggio, a Protected Regional pinetree park and only 5 minutes walk from the sea and from Santa Caterina's heart with bars and restaurants.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Porto Selvaggio and Palude del Capitano Regional Nature Park. You'll find features like laundry facilities. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the condo.
