The three-room apartment is located within a large property with other vacation homes, is self-contained and independent.
The vacation home is introduced by a large veranda with outdoor sitting area, perfect for relaxing outdoors, and with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The entrance is into a spacious living room furnished with an open kitchen, dining room and 1 single bed. A hallway leads to the rest of the three-room apartment.
There are 1 triple room
with double bed + single bunk bed, the formed sleeping area, 1 full
shower room, a large room with 1 double bed, small kitchenette and
second shower room.

The
three-room apartment is one of the three houses that make up the Villa
Morfeo complex, which is located in the locality of Pittuini, just 3 km
from the center of Porto Cesareo, a renowned seaside resort in Salento famous for its beautiful sea and beaches.
The
location is excellent to reach in a few minutes by car both the
renowned beaches of the coast of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo, as
well as agritourisms and restaurants in the area, but also the center of
Leverano and the town of Nardò, with their historical centers all to be
discovered. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the corridor and in the double bedroom.
- Shared garden.
