Villetta Grazia is a 4-bed vacation cottage located in Torre Inserraglio, a residential village on the coast of Nardò, between the natural park of Portoselvaggio and the pretty marina of Sant`Isidoro.
The cottage is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, electric grill plate, hair dryer, mosquito nets. Pets are allowed.

Villetta Grazia is developed on the ground floor, in a semi-detached cottage located in the village of Torre Inserraglio. Completely autonomous and independent, the house has a large garden equipped to spend pleasant time outdoors.
The interiors are simple and cozy. They consist of: air-conditioned living room furnished with double sofa bed, open kitchen and TV; 1 double bedroom and 1 full shower room.

The vacation cottage for 4 people is located in the upper part of the village of Torre Inserraglio, a residential area where there is also a restaurant-pizzeria, a game room with bowling alley, a bar, swimming pool and sports fields.
Torre Inserraglio is located halfway between the Portoselvaggio nature park and the marina of Sant`Isidoro, where in summer there are all the main services.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning just in the living room.
