Small room but clean and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay, free airport shuttle however ends early before 9:30 pm, close to train station and walking distance to shops and restaurants. All staffs were very polite and helpful which made me feel welcoming. Highly recommended for visitors that arrive at Narita Airport on a late night flight to stay overnight before heading to Tokyo.
