The hotel was great. Restaurant and family mart inside made it super convenient. The room was so hot it was uncomfortable and there was no way to open the window or turn a fan on. Also the carpet was dirty. Other than that it was a great hotel

Great place after a 14 hr flight. Convenient shuttle from the airport. Rooms are clean and have a moderate amount of space. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The family mart was helpful for snacks when we woke up in the middle of the night jet lagged.

The room they gave us is dirty and old. The lobby looks modern but the room is really bad. This is so far the worse hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan. The wall, chair and table are deteriorated. Bathroom is dirty, fan is many loud noises all night and I can’t even turn it off. Don’t get fool by the look. I would stay away from this hotel.

Indoor Outdoor hot springs—mineral Massage and. Yukata. Nothing says relax like a real hot spring resort. Three days on my skin is still “tsurutsuru”. And. Amazing massage. Worth all I sacrificed to get here so. Ty.

Great place, small room but hotel offers to store luggage. Amazing staff, great welcome. Easy travel with shuttle from the airport. Convenient with restaurants, and convenient store.

Excellent airport accommodations. Frequent airport transfer bus. Outstanding buffet style restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On sight onsen (hot spring). 24 hour convenience store in the lobby.
