The first room that we got was filthy with stains on the wall and the bathroom wasnt cleaned properly. Also the rooms are really old compared to the pictures alone. Since we didnt want to stay in the room we went to the reception and they gave us another room (side note the receptionist was very friendly and helpful!) We werent that much of a fan of the second room (still some stains on the walls) but as we only stayed one night we sucked it up

Nice hotel for layover

I stayed at this hotel as a stay over to catch my flight the next day. Overall it is a very nice hotel with a beautiful garden. With that being said, the rooms could definitely use a refresh. Staff was very nice.

I would definitely stay at this property again! It is very family friendly. I stayed at many hotels in Japan and missed having a gym and a pool. This was such a nice feature to have! The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Recommended to all families, especially with children.

Please turn the AC on

It is almost the end of winter, and yet the hotel is still running on centralized heating. Difference between the outside temperature and the room is more than 20 degrees. Informed the hotel staff that the room was unbearably hot and stuffy, and the staff simply said "you can open the window and let the cold air in". Being a stone's throw away from Narita International Airport, and having a plane take off/land every 90 seconds, you must be a dead sleeper in order to have a good night's rest. Please review your hotel's policy and turn the AC on, not everybody enjoys sleeping in a 30 degrees celsius room.

It was a very pleasant stay. We found the shuttle service and schedule to Narita airport particularly useful and convenient - we went to terminals 1 and 2 at different times for both quick, convenient shopping and restaurants, and also went to the airport to take the NEX express train to Tokyo - specifically Shibuya. Shibuya was crazy, in a positive way - highly recommended.

Wish we didn’t stay here

Transactional hotel unlike all of the other places we stayed in Japan which we loved. No warmth to the staff. Not helpful. Feels like a cattle call going to breakfast, trying to take a shuttle, etc. Rooms very dated. On paper thus hotel checked all of the boxes we needed but hard to take advantage of any amenities. Breakfast was expensive and too crowded to get what you wanted. Late check out was impossible according to one employee and another said we could stay as long we wanted if we paid. had to take a $50 taxi because it was impossible to find free shuttle service. Etc etc We had such a lovely trip otherwise and wish we didn’t end it on such a low note by staying here.

The property was very clean, loved the transportation and staff was super helpful with answer all of our questions. The in room amenities were a nice touch. They have everything you can need from razors to toothbrush and even a hair brush. We will be staying here again if make our way back to Japan. Thank you for a great stay
