I cancelled these rooms on hotel.com but apparently it didn’t go through.
I didn’t realize until I got my credit card that I was billed for two rooms that I didn’t use.
Neither the hotel or hotel.com went to bat for me. I was on,y asking for a credit for a future stay. I was out of the country but didn’t get anything from either place as a reminder to check in etc. I never knew that the room cancellation didn’t go through. very disappointed to say the least.
