Fine for one night at the airport

Absolutely fine for an airport hotel, slightly dated and the rooms smell a little of damp but nothing too bad. Staff were super helpful and the airport shuttle and 7/11 in the lobby are both very convenient

We stayed here so we could be close to Narita Airport as we had an early morning departure back to the U.S. The hotel is a bit remote, but there is a shuttle service that runs to the airport on a regular basis and another that runs to Narita Station, which is close to the old town area. The hotel itself is quite nice and large (even has a small 7-11 in case you are craving one last egg salad sandwich!). Airline crews use this for their overnight layovers.

The hotel itself is good. They have shuttle service from Narita airport to the hotel and back. It’s Hilton so you can expect that it offers good service and value for your money.

A very convenient stay close to Narita Airport. A shuttle service from the airport to the hotel runs repeatedly and is well signed posted. The website for the Hilton informs you which bus stop to wait at from each terminal. Inside the bus/shuttle there is communication on where you are heading and which stop is coming up in English and Japanese. All this and the fantastic service at the Hilton was greatly appreciated after a long 10 hour flight.

We love it that it is very convenient for a short stay and the shuttle service to the airport is a plus. The personnel at the restaurant (buffet) were not that attentive. Basically the only attention they did was when they seat us and after that never came back to the table for anything. Other than that we liked everything.

Front desk didn't welcome us and looked to see who was next in line. The queuing line wasn't property set up. Also the front desk said that we couldn't order out food or no food delivering service here. Felt rude in the way i was treated. I was going to go eat at their buffet anyway but didnt want to after that
