Just stayed for a layover but staff was efficient and offered upgrade for just a few extra yen. Room was cozy and very relaxing. Buffet breakfast was excellent although not include in base price. And this hotel offers free shuttle to AEON mall then to JR Narita station for train ride to airport. Also there is another shuttle line which offers direct service to and from the airport. Hassle free accomodation. Highly recommended.

Decent Stay near Narita Airport

Whenever I go to Japan, I always stay at this hotel at least once, which is either the day of arrival or the day before my departure. Wow, because I stayed here during the summer events, there was an outdoor BBQ dining that I actually missed! However, because having spacious room to relax was all I needed, I think the value that I paid fulfilled satisfaction along with decent breakfast buffet that they offer; my favorite facility, btw, bc I love the outdoor view and well-cleaned gardening art that they offer at dining area.

Great for Early Flight

We had a traditional room which was pretty cool. We also traveled with our 2 kids and they even gave them kid-sized robes to wear. It is not near anything but was what we needed to get to the airport early the next morning. Shuttle to the airport was also super convenient and easy.

Bed a little bit on the hard side. Room design is dated. Some dust on the cabinet racks. But overall, decent and nice stay

The staff is amazing always helpful. The shuttle service is phenomenal. They are on a time schedule and they are very professional. I really loved how on time they were. They have a schedule and it is followed to a T. The lobby is clean and there is someone there by the doors directing the incoming customers. The room was clean and spacious enough for 4 ppl. I also utilized the laundry facility and it was clean with plenty of machines available. They have a Lawson’s on site that is open 24 hrs which also has a post office delivery box. This property is beautiful and has so many amenities that I can’t possible put them on here.

Excellent hotel for connection. Easy access to the airport with hotel shuttle. The room is slightly dated but it is just for connection. It is roomy and clean. I love the little coffee shop, the small convenient store and the gift shop. Nice restaurants. Will stay again next time. Highly recommend.
