This hotel was perfect for our one night stay after landing at Narita Airport. The room was small, but clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had toiletries, pajamas and slippers. The free breakfast buffet was fantastic and filled our tummies before an all-day train trek to Sapporo. The hotel provided shuttle service from and to the airport (where the train station was also located).

Nice hotel near Haneda airport

Very convenient hotel as they have shuttle service from either Narita terminal 1 or 2. Service by staff was excellent. Room was comfortable but as it had access to the adjoining room you could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring room. Lots of restaurants in hotel including dining room with evening buffet, sushi restaurant which is not open On Tuesdays, coffee shop and top floor restaurant/bar. Purchased the breakfast buffet option and the breakfast was excellent. If you join the hotel membership club you get a discount on your meal purchases. Surrounding area doesn't have much so not much do. There is a convenience store in the hotel.

Their shuttle service to the airport, the local transit station and to the mall make this hotel so worth it. Their dining options are middle of the road. Their breakfast buffet is worth it only if you enjoy rice in the morning.

The staff at the hotel were great! I especially loved the bellhop staff. The shuttle bus was great too. The only thing I think was a bit of a downer was that the room was a bit small and maybe they could've done a better job cleaning the bathroom - I hate seeing hair all over (even on the walls I might add)!

Hotel Nikko in Narita has a nice lobby and their buffet breakfast had a large variety of foods to choose from. The exchange rate at the hotel is decent and the hotel staff was very friendly. I wish the room was a little bigger and more updated, like the other hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay. We also liked the convenience of the hotel shuttle back to the Narita airport so we can continue with our friends trip to Niigata.

Staff are so helpful and friendly! They explained to me all kinds of shuttles provided by the hotel to go to Aeon Mall, Narita Station. Very convenient especially if you have a late flight and some time to kill after checking out.

We booked this room to stay the nght before leaving Tokyo because of its proximity to the airport and shuttle service. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great and the entire staff was very friendly and eager to please. The rooms were nice but older and possibly in need of a refresh. Our first room had a strange odor but when we complained the staff instantly moved us to a different room. They had a convenience store and several restaurants on site. They have a pool but it was closed. Overall this hotel is a very good choice for people transitioning to and from Narita airport.

Convenience with the airport shuttle. Appreciated they also include a shuttle to a local mall if you have time to kill between hotel checkout and an evening flight.

Close to airport with free shuttle

Nice size rooms with some seating. Nice restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.
