Over the years we have stayed at most of the hotels near Narita Airport and in my opinion, this is one of the better options especially for an extended stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the shuttles to airport and Narita are dependable and the service is first class. The dining options are above average compared to most airport hotels, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sushi restaurant.

We stayed overnight on a layover. One of the reasons for choosing this property was that it was close to the airport and provided complimentary shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. The shuttle was easy to use and find. The check-in process was efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely use this hotel again for layover flights.

This hotel has the most extensive shuttle bus service of any hotel around Narita Airport. If you have time, you can visit Naritasan for free. The facilities in this area are far apart, so taxis are surprisingly expensive. Whenever I come to Japan, I always stay here the night before I leave. The friendly service from the staff and the breakfast buffet make my time in Japan even better.
