Clean room, the bathroom is a little outdated and the lighting wasn’t the best. But it was quiet, and there was a free shuttle from hotel into town. They also provided a shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. The breakfast provided was great, a mix of traditional Japanese and western options

良かった点 ホテルのスタッフ，サービスは完璧でした。 特にベルサービスは良かった。荷物を持っていると毎回駆けつけて声掛けして頂きとても気持ち良く過ごせた。チェックインもスムーズでした。空港や市内へのシャトルサービスは良かった。 改善点 これは仕方ないですが、とにかく設備が古過ぎてちょっと驚きました。まず日本のトイレで便座が冷たいのはここが最初で最後？ ぐらいでちょっとガッカリです。 エアコンや電気のスイッチがネジを回す形式で温度調整よくわからない。 ベッドサイドのテーブルにネジを回すタイプの調節は今時珍しい… しかもベッドサイト周りに電源が一個もない… もちろん ❗️ でもUSBなどない… 部屋のにもコンセントが数個あるだけでこの時代には不便過ぎる… アメニティもお茶パック2個のみでコーヒー，紅茶さえも置いて無い(日本のホテルで初めてです) 成田のホテルは色々試していますが，少しガッカリです。
