Staff is very polite, and hotel has small convience store connected. Room is simple and comfortable. Fairly close to Narita airport to the point tempted to walk to it. Unexpected warmed toilet seat pleasant surprise in winter.

You can easily walk from and to the terminals from this hotel. One of the best airport hotels I’ve seen due to being literally 6-minute walking distance.

Is ok if stay a night for transit. Breakfast has limited choices and same menu for 3 mornings. Room size is bigger than some other hotels, but is a bit old. The fridge handle with funny wood handle, looks like it manually fixed. 😜

The room is as described, clean and there’s a bed for each occupant. I especially like that they have free transportation to and from Narita International Airport. Good place to stay specially if you’re arriving in Tokyo late at night.
