Quick stay, over night before heading north. We appreciated the shuttle service, the service was good and the room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Only suggestion - coffee and tea in room would be ideal. While you provide unlimited in the lobby, it’s sort of hidden and ended up not seeing it initially and paying for some. But we do appreciate that you have a take what you need amenities stand with just in case missed items! We recommend this hotel for sure!

Stayed for 1 night. Older hotel that shows its age. Check in staff not so friendly but other staff were. Restaurant on-site was ok at best; service is slow and the all-you-can eat offer is expensive! No teabags or coffee in room or at amenities counter at check-in. And considering how close the hotel is to the airport, our drive to the hotel was very long ( close to 1/2 hour!!!)

Hotel is OK, not as good as other locations in Tokyo, a little out dated, but clean and much more spacious. However, our sleep was interrupted by other guests next door when they check in at midnight. Loud noise and even TV at 2am. I wish the front desk would have reminded those guests to be mindful due to the late hours.
