The staffs (about 4 of them) that i encountered are all very lifeless and not interested in making our stay comfortable. We stay in the west wing with tatami. The room itself is spacious and clean but there's red residues in the water boiler and sink. We don't feel safe to use the boiler so we had to get bottle water from the convenience store downstairs. The cleanliness of the store is also concerning so we did get food that required to warm up using microwave. I would not recommend family with small chlid to stay here and i personally wouldn't stay here again

Great Hotel near NaritaAirport.what a great hotel proving a free shuttle to and from Narita airport. The room was extremely clean and large. The breakfast was very nice and this hotel is extremely good value and I would highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again when an over night stay at Narita is needed. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel stuff is accommodating. The food was good and was delivered in our room in a timely manner. Also, with a shuttle from the Airport to hotel, it is convenient.There is a convenient store and also a souvenier shop in which the prices are affordable.

The hotel is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle to and from, which is beyond convenient. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. The best part? The breakfast is a whole buffet with a wide array of options, and comes with your stay. It was the perfect place for my husband and I to sleep off our jet lag. If you also decide to book a stay here, you will not be disappointed.
