The hotel is a model of efficiency and convenience. Located a short train ride from Narita airport, the hotel offers many much appreciated amenities, from coffee, tea, and in-room phone chargers, shaving kits, toothbrushes, and personal items—all complimentary. Visitors can also enjoy a short walk to the heart of Narita and its beautiful temples, parks and restaurants. Very much enjoyed this pleasant city and its many charms.

京成成田駅そばで、静かですが便利な立地にあります。アメニティが多く、個人的にはフェイスマスクのご用意が嬉しかったです。子供用のアメニティやパジャマもご用意いただきました。 到着前にオンラインで注文した商品や、別ホテルから送付したスーツケースなど受け取っていただき、助かりました。 一階のイタリアンレストランでルームサービスを注文できます。夜美味しいピザとカレーをいただきました。 清掃希望はテレビ上で選択するようでしたが、テレビのリモコンの効きが悪く、フロントで通常清掃を依頼しました。が、翌日9時半にノックあり、おそらくエコ清掃と勘違いされ、清掃係にタオルを渡されました。通常清掃を希望していると伝え、希望通り清掃してもらいました。 成田空港行きのシャトルバスはチェックイン時に依頼できました。30分以内で到着できました。 建物内に洗濯機がありますが、コインランドリーのレベルの仕様ではないので、少量の利用がメインです。 以上特に不満なく利用でき、快適なステイになりました。ありがとうございました。

The hotel is located near the train station and is convenient for travel both around the area and to the airport. There is a free shuttle to the airport that is great, saving me the hassle of lugging my luggage on public transport.The room was comfortable spacious enough for my family's needs. There is also free coffee at the lobby for guests. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Second stay at this hotel in Narita. Great for when you need a full day in between flights and don't need to go into Tokyo. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed this second time, however, seemed harder than the first time. It was uncomfortable and gave me back pain. It does make me question if I can stay again. Otherwise a great option in Narita. Right in Narita town and minutes away from the train stations, it's so convenient! And Narita is a must visit especially the temple and park. Even after a second stay we enjoyed the experience.
