We weren’t greeted by a single staff person. It’s odd, but after a long day of travel you want to have someone say hello to you and greet you with a smile. We checked in, stayed two nights and checked out all without ever speaking to someone who worked there. You check in and out on a kiosk. The airport shuttle was very convenient, but when you’re at the hotel there’s nothing walkable to do around it. The mattresses are incredibly hard. The free breakfast was nice but it was all cold. It’s certainly convenient to and from the airport, but otherwise not an ideal stay.

The room was small but clean and the staff were amazing. They helped me do luggage forwarding and then helped me find my phone when I forgot it. Breakfast was good and so was the shuttle. The convenience store on site was nice as well.

The hotel is very clean, free buffet breakfast, free airport shuttle, all the amenities you needed , convenience store in the hotel and the you pay half the price of other hotels. I’ll stay again in this hotel anytime.

Definitely value for money! Alot of stuff can be self-serviced and the instructions are v clear. Hotel is clean, breakfast buffet is basic and sufficient. Stayed for 1 nite due to flight cancellation. Overall its good for a short stay just to get thru the nite and near airport.
