I thought the property was in good shape and was very clean and walkable to the airport also it has a free airport shuttle. They have a feee breakfast that was just okay.

Breakfast smelled really good, but I didn’t get the chance to eat it because I caught the free bus to the airport. The water was really cold when I showered, and it was cold overall I didn’t know if there was any heat in the room. They messed up my order booking and gave me a two bedroom even though I was only one person because they said they overbooked so luckily I got to use two blankets! Overall, it was good for the purpose of staying near the airport for a flight the next day & has some amenities for you to take. And a Lawson’s and vending machine in the lobby.

The airport shuttle from Narita was awesome. The staff fnot as friendly as I am used to in a hotel. They should probably move the self check kiosks separate from the front desk since they mostly want people to use those instead of the front desk. I have stayed in a lot of hotels all over the world and the beds in this hotel are definitely the hardest and most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. Be prepared to have a rough sleep and back ache the next morning. I did not have their breakfast, but the convenience store was a lifesaver as it had lots of bento and food to choose from since there is no restaurant or bar in this hotel complex. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I cared about and I do not stay here again since the beds are the worst I have ever slept in. I think concrete slab as being a bit softer than the beds here.
