This 3-floor home has everything you need for an upscale beach retreat! The property features central A/C, high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, gas fireplace, wraparound deck, outdoor shower, engineered hardwoods throughout and an open cook's kitchen/entertainment floor.

First floor: Ground level, accessible entrance. One bedroom with a king-size bed and full bathroom ensuite. Slider door access to back pavers patio with patio furniture.

Second floor: Sun-soaked entertainment level. Open floor concept with full kitchen including high end appliances and wine fridge, dining room table that seats 8, living room with sectional, TV and gas fireplace and half bathroom. Slider door access to wrap-around deck which has a grill and outdoor dining table.

Third floor: Primary bedroom with king-size bed full bathroom ensuite, a bedroom with king-size bed, a bedroom with full-size bunk beds and a twin trundle and a full bathroom with tub. Laundry closet is also on this floor with full-sized vented washer and dryer.

Amenities include stocked bathrooms, all standard kitchen tools, beach chairs and beach towels, beach tags for Kelly beach, high chair, booster seat and pack n' play for young children and more!

The very clean house had everything we needed for a nice family stay. Having bedding, towels, beach chairs, coolers, and anything you may want in the kitchen, was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family. The only thing to know is that the beach was a bit of a walk, about 15 minutes, on a road that has no sidewalks. Something to consider for children or anyone with walking issues.

A chic retreat

We had a wonderful girls weekend at this chic retreat. The house is close to the beach in a nice neighborhood beautifully decorated with everything you would need for your stay. It is very very clean and the host is prompt to respond with any questions you might have. We can’t wait for a return trip! Thank you for the wonderful memories.
