You are close to restaurants, boat to Block island , six min to Narragansett town beach but most important the best part about this home is waking up to a beautiful view and crossing the street to the beach.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure to clean grill, bath mats are wet please throw them in dryer.
Please keep AC on for the Cleaning crew in the next Family. There are two thermostats one operates upstairs and one operates downstairs.
If any comforters or mattress pads, get soiled, please notify us ASAP so cleaning crew can bring new ones in for the next Family or in the washing machine if you’re able to
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please makeup bed as you found them. If something gets soiled please notify me asap so I can have cleaning ladies bring with them .
make sure to clean grill, also make sure any items used is placed back were you found them especially kitchen so we don't assume they are missing .
Please make sure the dishwasher is empty for the next family . Make sure all trash is left outside in bins and all trash must be placed in bags .
